Get ready for some Halloween fun with the Boo Parade 2013! Festivities begin October 26 at 10 am. The event is free and fun for all. The parade travels down El Cajon Blvd, beginning at 59th Street in El Cerrito! Get out your scary hats, put smiles on your face and be prepared to have some fun!
