In a recent study by the National Association of Realtors, or NAR, San Diego was found to rank #7 out of 20 cities in the US as some of the hottest real estate markets! Of the 20 cities, 11 of the hottest markets were found to be in California.
Below is a chart of NAR’s findings. Keep in mind, homes in these cities sell 29 to 48 days faster than other cities in the US. From personal experience I can tell you even around the holiday season, homes in San Diego sell fast! So don’t delay.
